Erin Mayovsky
When it comes to talent in television Erin Mayovsky is the real deal. She kicked off her career off as a news reporter & anchor, but pivoted following her love and passion for sports. Since Erin was a collegiate soccer player in college, reporting the sports felt easy. She eventually found another love; weather forecasting for two decades across the Pacific Northwest. Not only does Erin handle area climate predictions - she currently delivers the daily news as a lead morning anchor- but her other love is real estate. This TV experience helped Erin develop the skill of becoming a television host and landing national and local jobs for "Florida Coasting," "The Water Channel," "Northwest Spaces," and "Hip Hoods."
She has an eye for design and great vision when it comes to home transformations. She and her husband, Gaard Swanson, have flipped numerous homes in the Pacific Northwest. Her forte might be selecting interior and exterior paint colors. And she's not afraid to pick up a paint brush and finish the job! Whether it's a base color or accent tone for a special space, Erin always has the right idea.
Over the years Erin has bought and sold many homes and never gets over the excitement of turning an eye-sore into eye-candy! That's why she loves "Loveable Listings"...you never know what kind of real estate is behind the front door!

Gaard Swanson
Gaard Swanson is an Emmy award winning television host and his passion is real estate! Not only was he licensed to sell property he is currently flipping homes with his wife Erin Mayovsky.
Together they have completed 60-plus homes over the years! In every project Gaard will get his hands dirty, whether it’s painting, tiling, drywall, electrical, plumbing, DIY projects are up his alley.
This background helped Gaard land a few cool gigs over the years including hosting his own show on HGTV, the original “Generation Renovation” and locally “Hip Hoods” in Seattle.
He’s also hosted numerous specials for Home and Garden! Gaard’s TV career is well rounded starting as a sports anchor in Medford, Oregon, Boise, Idaho, Seattle and Los Angeles where he hosted FOX Sports National and eventually the NFL Network. He then moved into news and became the main TV anchor at WKMG in Orlando, Florida.
Currently, Gaard is hosting “Loveable Listings” on Seattle's FOX 13+ and “Seattle Refined” on KOMO-TV Seattle. Gaard is living his dream… hosting a real estate show with his wife, Erin. That’s why “Loveable Listings” is so successful!
